Emily DeLeo PT, DPT

Originally from the Allison Park area, Emily graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Sciences. Afterward, she left western Pennsylvania to attend Duke University’s School of Medicine in North Carolina where she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014.

Emily now lives in the city of Pittsburgh with her fiancé and pup, where she joined The Orthopedic Group in 2015. She works primarily in the Mount Lebanon/St. Clair office, though you may find her on occasion at TOG’s Jefferson Hills or Uniontown offices…

Bradley D Cipriani, DPT, HKC

Brad is originally from the Murrysville/Monroeville area where he attended Franklin Regional High School. He attended Duquesne University on a wrestling scholarship where he obtained two Bachelors’ Degrees in Biology and Health Sciences in 2007. He then went on to obtain his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2009.

He began his post graduate continuing education with an emphasis on manual therapy techniques, kinesiotape and the functional movement screen……

Colony A. Hopkins, DPT

Colony is originally from the Masontown, PA area. She attended Washington and Jefferson College and received a Bachelors’ Degree in Psychology, and was also a member of their collegiate softball team. After graduation she attended Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA, where she obtained her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

Colony began working in Woodstock, VA, where she was part owner of a private practice while working on obtaining her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2004. She returned back to PA in 2006…….

Stanley M. Teprovich Jr., DPT

Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Stanley is a 2007 graduated from Hazleton Area High School. He went on to attend Duquesne University, where he received two Bachelors’ Degrees in Biology and Health Sciences in 2011, and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. Stanley is committed to providing quality care while developing a personal rehabilitation program that safely enables patients to obtain their optimal levels of function and performance.

Currently, he is pursuing his Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) certification through the University of West Virginia, which is expected to be completed in 2016…….

Tara Spaw Fronczek, PTA

Tara joined The Orthopedic Group in February 2013, and is pleased to be working with Colony again. Tara is currently pursuing continuing education courses involving Pilates based physical therapy and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release.

Tara enjoys practicing yoga, running and cooking, as well as spending time with her husband, family, friends and pets……

Todd O’Brien, PTA

Originally from Uniontown, Todd obtained his Physical Therapist Assistant degree from California University of Pennsylvania in 2012. After graduation, Todd began working in an Outpatient clinic in Waynesburg PA.

Currently Todd resides in Uniontown with his wife and two children. In his free time, Todd enjoys the outdoors, sports and being involved with his children’s sporting activities…….

Rachelle Warnock, PTA

Rachelle was born and raised in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. She graduated from CCAC Boyce with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree in May 2014, and received her certificate a year later in Massage Therapy. She started working immediately after graduation in outpatient orthopedics, and began working with The Orthopedic Group in September 2015.

Rachelle is pursuing continuing education in ACL rehabilitation and sport specific training. She is also interested in post-concussion rehabilitation in young athletes. She is a member of the APTA, PPTA, and the SPTS. Currently she is working on obtaining a Sports Conditioning Specialty Certification as well as becoming a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner (CKTP)……
